हमारी संस्था एक पंजीकृत एवं सामाजिक कल्याण के लिए कार्यरत गैर-लाभकारी संस्था है। संस्था को आयकर अधिनियम के अंतर्गत 12A/12AB पंजीकरण तथा धारा 80G की स्वीकृति प्राप्त है।

12A/12AB के अंतर्गत पंजीकरण प्राप्त होने से संस्था को आयकर अधिनियम में निर्धारित शर्तों एवं नियमों के अधीन अपनी धर्मार्थ गतिविधियों से संबंधित आय पर कर संबंधी लाभ प्राप्त करने की पात्रता मिलती है।

80G की स्वीकृति

हमारी संस्था को धारा 80G के अंतर्गत स्वीकृति प्राप्त है। इसके कारण संस्था को दिए गए पात्र दान पर दानदाता आयकर अधिनियम में निर्धारित नियमों और सीमाओं के अनुसार deduction का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकता है।

हमारा उद्देश्य

समाज के जरूरतमंद वर्गों तक सहायता एवं जनकल्याणकारी गतिविधियों को पहुँचाना है। आपके द्वारा दिया गया प्रत्येक सहयोग हमारी सामाजिक पहलों को आगे बढ़ाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।

नोट: 80G के अंतर्गत कर लाभ लागू आयकर नियमों और दान की पात्रता पर निर्भर करता है। ₹2,000 से अधिक के नकद दान पर धारा 80G के अंतर्गत deduction उपलब्ध नहीं है।
